Updating Account Information
If any of your personal details change (mobile number, address, etc.), please update your profile as soon as possible or contact support. tk99tk will not be held responsible for withdrawal delays caused by incorrect or outdated information.
Inactive Accounts
An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 365 consecutive days. If an inactive account still has a balance, please contact support to reactivate it. Prior notice will be sent by email before an account is permanently closed following a prolonged period of inactivity.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
tk99tk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The general bonus terms are described below.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must meet a 15x wagering requirement.
A deposit of ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳22,000.
The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per member.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be added to the main balance after the wagering requirement is met.
- tk99tk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
- If any dishonesty or policy violation is detected in earning a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Each promotion has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once the period expires.
- VIP cashback bonuses are awarded on a weekly basis and are governed by separate terms.
- Claims for the same bonus from multiple accounts or from multiple members of the same household are not permitted.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. tk99tk currently supports the following payment methods:

After a deposit is completed, the balance is usually updated within a few minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
There are some important conditions for withdrawals:
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if an active bonus wagering requirement is in place.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
- tk99tk reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.
Gameplay Rules
Sports Betting
You can bet on cricket, football, kabaddi and various other sports. The designated markets and odds apply to each bet. Conditions for live bets may change after a match has started.
If there is a delay in announcing results or a dispute arises, tk99tk will make a final decision based on information obtained from official sources.
Casino Games
Slots, table games and live casino games are operated by third-party game software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe). The individual rules of each game apply.
If a technical error occurs during a game, tk99tk may decide to refund bets after investigating the situation. Abnormal winnings displayed due to a software error will not be considered valid.
Game Dispute Resolution

tk99tk's server logs will be considered the final evidence in dispute resolution.
Prohibited Activities
